St. Patrick’s Day Looks!

Well here we are almost to the middle of March already. That means good ole St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner! And BONUS, this year it falls on a Saturday!!! That just spells TROUBLE! Usually St. Patrick’s Day would consist of me wearing green and possibly going out for drinks after work. This year we are planning a much needed Girls’ Night Out, sure to be full of debauchery and shenanigans!!! Ya better watch out!!!

Blouse// White Jeans// Shoes// Necklace

So you knew you would see this beautiful green top again, and what better time than for St. Patrick’s Day! This color is one of my absolute favorites and is mighty hard to come by. So when I saw it at Delta BellesBoutique in Raleigh, I snatched it up, no questions asked. Similar versions can be found here and here. You’ve seen these adorable white jeans before as well. They have the cutest frayed hem and a nice amount of stretch (always good for my thick thighs). If you move quickly, you can find these at Loft for 40% off. I was lucky enough to find my sweet loafers on clearance. They are unbelievably comfortable and super chic. Add a statement necklace and my standard gold hoop earrings, and I’m ready for an epic St. Patrick’s Day!! You can’t pinch me!

Two years ago we were presented with a once in a lifetime opportunity. Our youngest son was a member of the Raleigh Boychoir, and they were performing in Ireland. Our oldest was graduating High School, and we were already stressing over the money for college, but sometimes in life ya just gotta make it happen! It was an absolutely AMAZING trip. I mean, how many times do you get to hear your kid sing in beautiful old cathedrals in freakin IRELAND??? It was worth every damn peanut butter cracker we had to eat for the next 6 months!! Lol! Don’t let opportunities pass you by people. Take that trip, buy those shoes, eat that cake!!!

Below are a few of my favorite pics from our trip. What a beautiful, beautiful country!!!

Oh how I would love to go back to beautiful Ireland!!

Nette O’Grady says:

“May your days be many, and your troubles be few. May all God’s blessings descend upon you. May peace be within you, may your heart be strong. May you find what you’re seeking, wherever you roam.”

An Irish Blessing

We’ve had so much fun with that stupid hat!!! It may make an appearance at our Girls’ Night Out! Lol! We will see y’all back here on Wednesday.
