More Party Looks

Woot Woot!! Here we go ladies! It is the start of party season.  I love any and all excuses to get dressed-up, hang out with friends, talk, dance, sing, eat, and drink.  When the invitations start rolling in (any time now🙄) I dive into my closet and drag out those special pieces that are reserved for the holidays.  Hell, even if you don’t have any particular party plans, you can always make your own celebration.  There’s nothing like getting gussied up to make you feel beautiful, I promise.

Dress// Boots// Coat// Clutch// Necklace

This crushed velvet dress from Free People is just so easy to wear.  It’s neither tight nor uncomfortable.  No worrying about Spanx cutting you in two.  You just throw it on and go.  The fabric and beautiful cranberry color are so fun and festive.  My gray suede over the knee boots by Vince  Camuto add a bit of sexy to the sweetness of the babydoll cut dress.

Blouse// Leggings// Shoes// Necklace

Now, if you rather party in pants (that didn’t sound quite right) try something out of the ordinary.  Instead of jeans, I go for my pleather legggings.  What says Christmas better than red?  Well maybe green and gold, but red is great too.  To be honest, red is not a main staple in my wardrobe.  I love the color but it has to be the right shade.  I look best in a red with a blue undertone, and that is not always easy to find. I found this simple beauty in just the right hue a couple of years ago at Loft.  I’ve worn it many times, but it has really come in handy at Christmas and Valentine’s.  I added a pair of zebra pumps to finish off my party animal look.

So grab that dress and those heels, throw back some eggnog and let’s PARTY!!!

Thanks so much for joining us today! Don’t forget to stop back by Friday.
